Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using acr30's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms

The acr30 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above. Registration or use by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. acr30 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. acr30 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
Suspicious Activity
Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the acr30 support team immediately. Users are responsible for all activity that takes place within their account.
Regional Restrictions
The acr30 platform is designed for users in Malaysia. Individuals from regions where such services are prohibited are not permitted to register or use this platform.
Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the acr30 platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Use of the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or integrity-compromising purpose is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activities include:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate the platform.
- Creating fake accounts or registering using another person's identity.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or bugs within the acr30 system.
- Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through the platform.
- Distributing harmful content or threatening and harassing other users.
- Violating any applicable Malaysian laws while using the platform.
Any breach of the above rules will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and acr30 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the acr30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and legally valid.
Acr30 supports local payment methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposits are typically processed within the specified timeframe, while withdrawals are subject to a review process that may take up to 24 working hours depending on the chosen method.
Users agree that all transactions made are final and cannot be reversed once processed, unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. acr30 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Any attempt to obtain a refund through a third-party financial institution (chargeback) without acr30's consent will be treated as a breach of terms, and the account in question will be suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to policies set by acr30 from time to time. Please refer to the FAQ for the latest transaction limit information.
Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Acr30 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or game outcomes. Users access the platform entirely at their own risk.
The acr30 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or security breaches. That said, we are committed to resolving any technical issues as promptly as possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on the acr30 platform — including logos, text, designs, graphics, software, and brand names — is the property of acr30 or its authorised licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written permission from acr30.

Where links to third-party websites are provided, acr30 is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Account Suspension & Terms Amendment

Acr30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed in accordance with current policy, subject to any ongoing investigation.
Terms Amendment
Acr30 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
